  • Lead supplier performance management at the execution level, including site delivery performance, quality issues, and field responsiveness, ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations on active builds.
  • Drive consistency in procurement processes, tools, and reporting across all sites in the sub-region, enabling visibility into material status, risks, and execution health.
  • Provide governance and oversight on contract execution, change orders, and claims at site level, ensuring proper documentation, commercial alignment, and escalation when required.
  • Enable cross-site coordination and resource balancing to optimize supplier utilization, sequencing, and delivery timelines across the sub-region.
  • Lead and develop a team of site procurement managers and execution resources such as vendors, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and building capability to support scale.
