Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs in close cooperation with them.
- Design and configure Production Process Designs (PPD) and Production Operator Dashboards (POD) in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Become an expert in IT applications and their operation in factories.
- Support roll-out, upgrade activities, and SAP DM quarterly releases.
- Support factories with IT-specific knowledge.
- Work actively with maintenance and improvements.
- Be part of on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP DM implementation/configuration.
- Experience with SAP integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from the automotive industry.
- Experience working in an agile/product-oriented environment.
- Experience with manufacturing IT.
