Microsoft is offering a full-time, on-site Software Engineering Internship in Serbia for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. The internship, starting in July 2027, provides hands-on experience with modern engineering practices and technologies, working on real-world products and services.

Responsibilities

Apply engineering principles to solve complex technical problems.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to software solutions.
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software features and services.
Quickly learn new technologies, tools, and engineering methods.
Seek feedback and apply engineering best practices to improve code quality.
Collaborate effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
Continuously build technical knowledge and contribute to improvements in system reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship.
Programming experience in at least one object-oriented programming language such as C, C#, C++, Java, Python or similar.
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
Must be legally authorised to work in Serbia.
