Responsibilities
- Understand and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and agentify end-to-end business processes and data flows in the Microsoft sales ecosystem.
- Rapidly prototype and deliver POCs, iterating on solutions using an experimentation-driven approach.
- Design, build, and ship scalable, production-quality features and intelligent services.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate systems, data, and signals into cohesive AI-powered workflows.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Build secure, compliant, and responsible AI solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,400 - $168,100 per year.
- For specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $111,100 - $183,700 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
