Responsibilities

Design and implement software solutions balancing scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: product definition, scoping, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, participating actively in code reviews.
Identify operational improvements and resolve root causes of issues to ensure system reliability.
Evaluate and integrate generative AI tools and AWS services to enhance productivity and solution quality.
Work across multiple services and clouds, with independence to choose technical stacks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and build features for deep-dive performance investigations.
Measure the performance of a range of AWS services.

Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience or strong interest in building agentic AI systems, including autonomous troubleshooting agents, LLM-driven infrastructure provisioning, and intelligent automation.
Knowledge of containers, AWS services, and building Python libraries.
Passion for distributed system performance and statistics.
