Responsibilities

Design and implement software solutions for team's systems, balancing new features with refactoring.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand business and customer needs.
Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
Identify root causes of operational issues and drive permanent fixes.
Evaluate emerging tools and approaches, including generative AI, to improve development workflows.

Requirements

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
2+ years of full stack development experience.
Experience programming with Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
