We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SME) with expertise in Terraform, Python, and Jenkins to join our Observability Engineering team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on operational intelligence and automation to enhance system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and deploy infrastructure using Terraform.
Develop automation scripts and tools using Python.
Utilize Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to operational intelligence and context within Observability Engineering.
Work with Splunk ITSI for monitoring and analysis.

Requirements

Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Terraform.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Jenkins for build and deployment automation.
Experience with Observability Engineering principles.
Familiarity with Splunk ITSI.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in Agentic + iAutomate within Observability Engineering.
