In short

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of lead experience to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or others as required).
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services, and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and processes.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and instance maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards within the platform.
  • Stay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices, providing recommendations for platform optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on lead experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, and CMDB.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
