We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Cortex XSIAM, Cortex A, and ADEM, responsible for administering HP Aruba ClearPass NAC. This role involves hands-on experience in deployment, solution design, policy management, integration with various authentication tools, and technical documentation, while also mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Administer HP Aruba ClearPass NAC, including Policy Manager and Live Monitoring.
- Design and implement NAC solutions, including Guest and BYOD scenarios.
- Perform system-level configurations like clustering, licensing, and certificate management.
- Define global standards, policies, and procedures for ClearPass.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Assist in driving patch updates and upgrades.
- Lead and mentor L1 & L2 Engineers.
- Decode Wireshark packet captures during priority incidents.
- Submit RCA for major issues within SLA.
- Create and maintain documentation for security procedures and protocols.
- Report on network infrastructure health.
- Handle Incidents and troubleshoot issues related to Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager independently.
- Handle Clear Pass OnGuard agent issues.
- Maintain and establish policies as per best practice.
- Policy setting and enforcement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in ClearPass deployment and Solution Designing.
- Hands-on experience with ClearPass Policy Manager and ClearPass Live Monitoring.
- Experience with Posture policies and OnGuard.
- Experience with AD integration.
- Experience with Enforcement Policies.
- Experience with Guest and BYOD solution.
- Experience with TACACS migration.
- Experience with system level configuration (Clustering, licensing, device insight, certificate management, upgrade, downgrade, Reporting).
- Basic Switching & Routing knowledge.
- Hands on experience in commissioning and implementation of NAC solutions.
- Hands on experience with integration with various authentication and authorization tools (Email/AD/PKI/IAM/SOC).
- Proficiency in decoding Wireshark packet captures.
- Proficiency in HP Aruba ClearPass NAC.
- Experience in designing and implementing NAC solutions.
- Strong understanding of NAC solutions principles and best practices.
- Highly developed oral and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
- High level of analytical ability.
- Ability to work with others in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Ability to think critically and implement the best solution in a timely manner.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of marketplace experience, developments and trends related to the information technology function.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on shift and weekends if necessary.
