Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Manufacturing to coordinate customer shipping schedules and ensure timely shipment execution.
- Prepare export customs documentation and shipping quotes with ocean and air freight carriers.
- Coordinate export documentation in accordance with international trade and freight-forwarding requirements.
- Assemble documentation required for international shipments, including Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, drawings, Material Test Reports (MTRs), manuals, and other customer or country specific requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping labels, and other required shipping documentation.
- Work cross-functionally with Tulsa and other PRM departments to coordinate logistics activities and ensure compliance with applicable trade requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or related field
- Working knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures
- Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in a shipping office and dealing with a broad external customer base
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided.
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle, TRAX, and TradeSphere experience
- Ability to read and comprehend Engineering drawings
- Prior experience with Oil & Gas pressure equipment
