ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Technician in Chandler, Arizona to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade automated pedestrian doors. Responsibilities

Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 110 pounds, climbing ladders, kneeling, driving, and working in various positions.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within twelve (12) months of employment and maintain certification as required.
Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
Access control systems a plus.
