Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on Scania products, ensuring on-time delivery and safety.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of products and services, and their value proposition.
- Understand and adhere to safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Understand Scania’s repair and maintenance concepts, troubleshooting, methods, techniques, vehicle technical aspects, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure correct information, tools, and spare parts are available before maintenance or repair.
- Perform maintenance or repair on time, correctly, and safely.
- Support minimizing claim processing time after maintenance or repair.
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide high-quality services for the best customer experience.
Requirements
- Automobile mechanic qualification 2nd grade or higher (including diesel).
- Regular driving license.
- Forklift License.
- High school graduate.
- Business Japanese language proficiency.
- Preferably worked for one company at least for 3 years.
- Must hold Permanent residence, Spouse Visa, or be a Highly Skilled Professional.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in truck maintenance (negotiable).
- Heavy-duty truck driver's license.
