Drive operational excellence and client commitment as a Service Delivery Director in Chennai, India. Lead a team of 50+ and manage P&L for accounts between $10-$15 million, overseeing Oracle EBS implementations and application management support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, work breakdown structures, milestones, and budgets.
  • Lead Oracle EBS R12 implementations, upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and production support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and integration applications.
  • Track and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Act as the main liaison between technical, functional, DBA teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Monitor operational metrics and take appropriate actions.
  • Responsible for the hiring process and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Work with different teams on business requirements, providing scope justifications for solutions and commercials.
  • Lead a team of 50+ and maintain regular connect with business stakeholders.
  • Manage P&L for the Account.
  • Manage resources, costs, and people.
  • Manage an account of $10-$15 Mn/Year with 100-150 FTEs.
  • Hands-on experience in Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • Implement best practices in workflow design, resource allocation, and issue resolution to meet client SLAs and internal metrics.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Oversee escalation management protocols, analyze root causes, and ensure rapid resolution of high-impact incidents.
  • Guide and coach team leaders and managers through performance reviews and operational management frameworks.
  • Interpret and communicate operational performance trends using data visualization tools.
  • Champion innovation within operations by leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain robust feedback channels with clients to understand evolving requirements and ensure service delivery alignment.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in IT project management.
  • At least 3 years managing Oracle ERP or full-lifecycle EBS projects.
  • Strong working familiarity with core Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, Procurement).
  • Experience with Agile frameworks, or PMP certified.
  • Knowledge in enterprise planning software like MS Projects, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and executive-level communication abilities.
  • Extensive experience in Application Management Support (AMS).
  • Experience managing P&L for the Account.
  • Experience in Resource Management, Cost management, people management.
  • Ability to manage an account having a size between $10-$15 Mn/Year, 100-150 FTEs.
  • Hands-on experience in Incident Management, Problem Management.

Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the Application Management Support (AMS).
  • Experience to manage the P&L for the Account.
