In short

We are seeking a Service Coordinator in Shanghai to manage the full order-to-cash process, including order acceptance, fulfillment, invoicing, and customer support. This full-time, on-site role requires strong coordination, communication, and PC skills, with order support experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order to cash process from order acceptance to invoicing.
  • Handle order fulfillment, ordering equipment and parts, monitoring costs, warehousing, and order shipping.
  • Provide customer support regarding order status and delivery dates.
  • Maintain backlog and work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Administer claims.

Requirements

  • Able to handle conflicting demands and work under pressure.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Good English (oral and written).
  • Good PC literacy in MS Office.

Desired Qualifications

  • Order support experience is preferred.
