Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing service jobs within the Service Center.
- Monitor job progress and update internal tracking systems.
- Assist in scheduling service activities, manpower, and logistics.
- Coordinate with customers regarding job status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare service reports, delivery documents, and monitor invoicing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service centre efficiency.
- Ensure all service centre documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of consumables, spare parts, and service centre supplies.
- Generate KPI reports and operational performance data.
- Participate in workload planning and forecasting meetings.
- Support resource planning by monitoring job pipelines, workload distribution, and service centre capacity utilization.
- Prepare monthly timesheets and man-hour booking in ERP.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness sessions.
- Monitor housekeeping standards within the workshop.
- Support incident reporting by documenting and escalating all safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
