Responsibilities
- Lead administration of sales opportunities based on customer information.

- Lead customer enquiries and channel them into the organization.
- Lead customer related master data updates and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in preparation of the sales strategy including Services Key Account Plan.
- Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective.
- Participate in analysis and follow-up customer satisfaction results.
- Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of leadership experience in administration
- Good team player
- Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service skills
- Advance Excel Skills
- SAP
- Strong productivity & continuous improvement focus
- Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organizational agility
- Demonstrated Leadership Elements : Change, Collaborate and Perform
- University Bachelor in technical / business disciplines or equivalent
