Seeking a Senior TIBCO Streaming Platform Support Specialist to ensure the reliability and performance of streaming solutions in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. This role involves advanced technical support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize TIBCO Streaming software. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and a strong understanding of ITIL practices and industry compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for TIBCO Streaming Platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and proactively resolve incidents related to streaming data applications.
  • Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application teams to design, implement, and upgrade TIBCO streaming solutions.
  • Manage platform maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, configurations, and platform architecture.
  • Mentor junior support engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards.
  • Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
  • Liaise with TIBCO and other vendors for escalated support cases and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Streambase Platform support and administration.
  • Deep knowledge of TIBCO Streaming/Live Datastreams architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex application and platform issues.
  • Experience with integration of TIBCO Streaming with other middleware, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices and incident management in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with life sciences and healthcare industry compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, GxP).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying streaming solutions in hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation and monitoring.
  • Exposure to Kafka, Apache Flink, or other real-time data streaming technologies.
  • Prior experience in mentoring teams or leading technical projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications in TIBCO technologies or related streaming platforms (preferred).
