The Senior Salesforce Administrator will design and architect CRM solutions leveraging the full Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include administration, configuration, release management, and continual enhancement of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring data quality, security, and user experience. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of Salesforce.com Administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect the CRM solution to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases; evaluate, recommend, and implement relevant new capabilities or optimizations.
  • Manage sandbox environments including refresh planning, data seeding, pre/post refresh steps and reconfigurations.
  • Manage release and deployment activities following Salesforce DevOps best practices using Salesforce DevOps, Copado and Git-based workflows.
  • Manage operational aspects of Saleforce.com with a focus on system configuration and deployments, standardization, data integration, data quality, and technical issue resolution.
  • Participate in formal governance and change/release management processes.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure proper security models are in place and maintained for data access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 7-10+ years of Salesforce.com Administration experience implementing/supporting Sales Cloud on Lightning for a base of at least 300 users
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop CRM solutions
  • Experience with general salesforce setup and configuration such as flows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types etc.
  • Experience in org maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, managing sandboxes, handling confidential data, integration configurations
  • Knowledge of Data 360 for unified customer data strategy.
  • Hands-on with Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics
  • Understanding of Agentforce 360 concepts and readiness for AI-enabled service and automation.
  • Operational experience in non-Salesforce environments
  • Experience working with CI/CD & Deployment tools such as Salesforce DevOps, GitHub, Copado, Change Sets
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce Inbox, Digital Experience
  • Experience with Kantata (Kimble), Own backup, DocuSign CLM, Jira
  • Experience in Data Tools: Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Dataloader io, Workbench
  • Excellent communication skills; listening, speaking, writing.
  • Team player, values input and contribution of team members.
  • Outcome oriented and delivery focused.
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and problems and quickly recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to plan and execute Salesforce projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Agentforce Specialist highly preferred.
