Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers in React.js.
Enhance team capabilities through knowledge sharing and training.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in React.js development.
Optimize performance through effective debugging and profiling.
Ensure process compliance within assigned modules.
Participate in technical discussions, evaluate feasibility studies, and assess technical alternatives.
Identify potential risks related to architecture and component breakdown.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare and submit detailed status reports.
Minimize risks and address escalations proactively.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux and related libraries.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with the ability to implement responsive design principles.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, specifically Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications

React.js Certification (optional but valuable).
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar relevant qualifications (optional but valuable).
