We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead, specifically a ServiceNow Developer, with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions, including integrations, on the ServiceNow platform within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement and support HRSD and ITSM requirements and enhancements.
  • Develop and support integrations with internal and external applications.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, release activities, and platform maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development.
  • Hands-on experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, including Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Catalogs, Script Includes, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and deployment activities.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proven expertise in HRSD, ITSM, integrations, and platform upgrades.

Desired Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification.
  • ITIL knowledge or certification.
