Requirements
- Strong expertise in Statistical inference
- Strong expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Strong expertise in Feature engineering & feature selection
- Strong expertise in Data transformation, scaling, and outlier detection
- Proficiency in Python (PySpark)
- Experience with Model selection and model building
- Experience with Ensembling techniques
- Experience with Evaluation metrics
- Experience with Algorithms: Linear regression, Logistic regression, Random forest, Decision trees, Gradient boosting methods
- Experience with Model deployment and monitoring (drift detection) (MLOPs/LLMOPs)
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Minimum 7 years in AIML domain
- Strong focus on production-grade ML solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Deep learning / Gen AI skills not mandatory
