Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the team supporting Automation Development.
- Assist Operations Manager in meeting and improving team service level, productivity, and efficiency.
- Lead the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes.
- Guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for process automation.
- Ensure the service level agreements are on target.
- Plan, assign, and direct work for employees to manage workloads and projects.
- Train new hires and ensure they have sufficient knowledge and skills.
- Perform regular coaching to enhance staff performance and encourage participation in decision-making.
- Analyze risk and mitigate project circumstances based on impact assessment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT software development field.
- At least 3 years of managing projects and people.
- Understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities (operations management, employee performance management and development, customer management, etc.).
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in web and software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL Server.
