  • Project Management and Scrum Master experience
  • Large-scale rollout and transformation projects
  • Stakeholder management and organizational change management
  • Agile methodologies and ITIL practices
  • Process optimization, automation, and requirements gathering
  • Experience working with outsourced IT partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead, influence, and remove roadblocks
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
  • Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to translate challenges into actionable solutions and drive results independently
