Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and lead co-creation workshops to explore AI's transformative potential for customers.
- Communicate complex concepts enthusiastically to create alignment for future state experiences.
- Manage executive-level stakeholders, setting and communicating expectations respectfully.
- Identify optimal qualitative research methods to support design objectives and business goals.
- Design, plan, and facilitate interviews, field research, international research, and survey design.
- Build partnerships to deliver a persuasive, outside-in customer-centric approach for connected experiences at scale.
- Drive foundational research strategy and partner with stakeholders to define moments of truth.
- Present possible solutions outside the designated design space clearly and succinctly.
- Review and validate work with peers, stakeholders, and customers.
- Apply expertise in Customer Experience Design and Design Thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, UX Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field, AND 4+ years of UX Research experience.
- OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 3+ years of UX Research experience.
- OR Doctorate in a related field AND 1+ year(s) of UX Research experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years designing and facilitating co-creation/ideation/design thinking workshops.
- 4+ years working on experiences with extensive digital solutions (omni-channel, self-service, AI bots, etc.).
- 4+ years conducting 1:1 research interviews.
- 2+ years relevant domain experience within the technology sector and enterprise (B2B) customers.
- 3+ year(s) experience in research methods impacting both product direction and detailed experience design.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a related field AND 6+ years of UX Research experience.
- OR Doctorate in a related field AND 3+ years of UX Research experience.
- 6+ years designing and facilitating co-creation/ideation/design thinking workshops.
- 6+ years conducting 1:1 research interviews.
- 4+ years relevant domain experience within the technology sector and enterprise (B2B) customers.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
- Base pay range in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
