HCLTech seeks a Senior Project Manager in Pune, India, to lead cross-tech delivery integration programs, preferably with corporate banking experience. This role involves end-to-end planning, governance, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting for system integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end planning and delivery of all system integrations (internal and vendor led).
  • Establish integration governance, milestones, and dependency tracking.
  • Lead integration working groups and drive alignment across Technology, Product, Operations, and Vendors.
  • Coordinate design, build, testing, and cutover activities for all integrations.
  • Ensure integration readiness across environments (SIT, UAT, Pre Prod, Prod).
  • Track delivery against committed milestones; proactively manage risks, issues, and inter dependencies.
  • Coordinate across platform teams, Corp Tech, product owners, and external vendors.
  • Escalate risks and decisions as required.
  • Provide clear, accurate status reporting on integration progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain traceability across requirements, design, testing, and delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed delivery standards, controls, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • Senior Tech program manager with strong experience running cross-tech delivery integration programs/projects.
  • Corporate banking experience preferred.
