Responsibilities
- Manage the India ReCommerce program charter.
- Own and develop KPIs/metrics/goals to measure input drivers and influence strategic decision-making and planning for the program roadmap.
- Work with diverse stakeholders across Supply Chain, Fulfillment Center Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to develop processes and improve performance.
- Monitor external market and competitive trends to make informed trade-offs and operate with agility.
- Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and other compliance teams to establish processes for adherence to tax obligations.
- Partner with product and technology teams to shape the vision of products and leverage technology for ReCommerce programs.
- Identify key input drivers and develop program initiatives and product solutions to scale ReCommerce Solutions.
- Improve value recovery from unsellable returns and unhealthy inventory.
- Build a vendor ecosystem capable of keeping pace with business growth while improving value recovery.
- Apply financial acumen to build and operationalize frameworks for vendor contracts and execution.
- Work closely with Sellers, Category, Finance, Operations, Legal, Product, and Tech teams to develop services for Sellers, drive operational excellence, and improve vendor experience.
- Directly influence business decisions including customer experience, productivity, profitability, and long-term vision.

- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
- Experience defining program requirements.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.
