Responsibilities

Own vision and definition for the Program
Own Planning, execution and OP contributions
Set and measurable goals for the team responsible
Be responsible for end-to-end execution, engagement with global stakeholders & collaboration with cross functional teams
Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases for tech teams
Support data analysts and product managers by turning business requirements into functional specifications and then executing delivery
Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale implementation
Own the execution strategy
Develop strategies to mitigate risk
Be responsible for all communication to Leadership (Flash updates, WBR, QBR, Deep dives)
Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and define multi-year roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and executive reporting
Design scalable frameworks and drive organizational change management
Leverage GenAI technologies to transform operations—building AI-powered solutions on platforms like Amazon QuickSuite and Kiro for workforce optimization and automation
Mentor teams while translating ambiguous challenges into structured programs with measurable impact

Requirements

5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Extraordinary ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to network effectively and influence partner teams without authority
Ability to overcome unforeseen obstacles
Passion for developing a deep understanding of the tech product

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
