We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Credit Management Consultant to design, implement, support, and enhance SAP Credit Management solutions within the SAP FSCM landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in credit risk assessment, credit exposure management, collections integration, dispute management, and SAP S/4HANA Credit Management processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements related to customer credit risk management and translate them into SAP FSCM Credit Management solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FSCM Credit Management components, including Credit Profiles, Credit Segments, Credit Rules, Credit Checks, Credit Exposure Updates, Credit Limit Management, and Case Management.
- Design and implement automated credit decision processes and workflows.
- Configure credit check integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Manage credit master data, scoring models, and credit limit calculations.
- Integrate external credit rating agencies where required.
- Support FSCM Collections Management and Dispute Management integration.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security, and Integration teams.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Create functional documentation, training material, and knowledge transfer documents.
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
