Tetra Pak is looking for a Senior Process Engineer in Algiers, Algeria, to manage the design and implementation of process solutions for projects. This role involves technical decision-making, customer interface, and acting as a mentor, contributing to sales results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for implementation projects and preprojects regarding Process Engineering.
Manage process design, ensuring it fits within budget, time schedule, quality, and scope.
Take technical decisions and be responsible for technical solutions.
Act as Design Owner, System Platform Owner, or Tool Specialist.
Work independently in project and/or pre-project teams within Project Centers.
Develop and lead L0 projects and the Process part in L1, L2, and L3 projects.
Interface with customers to provide industry-leading processing solutions.
Manage scope changes and negotiate variation orders.
Lead and provide excellent support to customers and colleagues.
Resolve issues and claims, including root cause analysis.
Breakdown and plan projects into phases, fulfilling plans and milestones on time, in full, and according to budget.
Drive the use and content creation of reusable solutions and processes to secure productivity.
Validate/review technical solutions.
Develop and improve processes, templates, and tools.
Enable competitive differentiation.
Act as a mentor/trainer for others within and outside Tetra Pak.
Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak.

Requirements

Several years as Senior Engineer (or similar) to develop expertise on Projects/Products knowledge.
Demonstrate expert technical skills.
Excellent knowledge in installation needs and customer operations at site.
Very good knowledge of Process technology.
Excellent knowledge and be part of developing necessary standards, guidelines, tools, and methods for Process design.
Excellent understanding of product portfolio and its functionality.
