Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and format data from business systems.

- Drive the design and evolution of reporting solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Insights.
- Experience in data mining, data processing, analysis, and report preparation.
- High proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills for data interpretation and analysis.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Care end-to-end process is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets preferred.
