Responsibilities

Lead and scale a multidisciplinary Camera SoC organization across HW, Emulation, SW, Systems, and PM functions.
Drive execution of Camera SoC roadmaps, development milestones, silicon bring-up, validation, and product commercialization.
Partner with global engineering, product management, and business leaders to align resources, priorities, and deliverables.
Ensure predictable program execution, risk management, quality, and customer commitments.
Build organizational capability through talent development, hiring, succession planning, and culture leadership.
Represent the Taiwan Camera SoC organization in executive reviews and strategic planning discussions.

Requirements

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
15+ years of semiconductor/SoC development experience with 8+ years in engineering leadership roles.
Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex silicon programs.
Strong technical understanding of SoC development, system validation, software integration, and product execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 9+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
