Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate safety mechanisms as per ISO26262 requirements for ASIL A/B/C/D.
Analyze and fix MISRA/CERT issues reported by static analysis tools.
Work with system engineers to develop and document module-level functional safety requirements.
Understand and construct Safety Goals, Item Definitions, and Functional Safety Concepts.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in C & C++ programming skills for Embedded Software Development in Automotive.
Good knowledge of systems engineering including embedded SW/HW in the automotive domain.
Good knowledge of system safety engineering practices, safety standards, and product safety.
Deep knowledge in automotive relevant system safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448).
Experience in Unit, Integration, and functional Test coverage.
Experience working with tools such as Coverity/Klockworks.
Experience using IDEs like PLS UDE, Lauterbach, GHS & IAR.
AUTOSAR concept, software development, and tool chain vector & EBTressos tools like DaVinci Configurator and Developer.
Experience with VectorCAST, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANdela Studio.

Desired Qualifications

Good in C programming skills for Embedded Software Development in Automotive.
Good knowledge of systems engineering including embedded SW/HW in the automotive domain.
Good knowledge of system safety engineering practices, safety standards and product safety.
Deep knowledge in the automotive relevant system safety standards e.g. (ISO 26262, ISO 21448).
