Responsibilities
- Aufbau von starken Arbeitsbeziehungen zu Personen im Rechenzentrum und in der Unternehmenszentrale.
- Sicherstellen, dass SAW-Geräte sich in einem „gesunden“ Zustand befinden und den Compliance-Standards von Security entsprechen.
- Entgegennahme vertraulicher Informationen zur Änderung von BIOS-Einstellungen.
- Verwaltung des SAW-Inventars, einschließlich Bestellung, Annahme, Zuweisung/Neuzuweisung und Stilllegung von Geräten.
- Anleitung von Benutzern bei häufigen SAW-Reparaturproblemen und Eskalation von Problemen der Benutzer.
- Durchführung von Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) für SAWs, die innerhalb der ersten 30 Tage nach Erhalt beschädigt wurden.
- Bereitstellung von Unterstützung auf Senior-Rechenzentrumstechniker-Niveau bei Bedarf.
- Unterstützung der Bereitstellung der physischen Infrastruktur vor Ort im Rechenzentrum, einschließlich Server, NetDevices, SANs, Windows Server OS Support, Austausch von Teilen/Komponenten und physischer Hardware-Fehlerbehebung bei Bedarf.
- Unterstützung des Data Center Inventory and Asset Management Teams bei Versand/Annahme und Bestandsverwaltung zur Bewältigung hoher Arbeitsvolumen nach Bedarf.
- Verkörperung unserer Kultur und Werte.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- This role requires you to be on-site and the location has limited public transport.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, or equivalent work experience
- Applicable certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications
- Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment (pallet jacks, chassis lifts, etc.)
- Understanding, with certification preferred , in ITIL v4 Framework especially INC management and request fulfillment, asset management.
- Strong tendence to develop sustainable and scalable and efficient solutions with clear understanding of underlaying technologies or methodologies
- Identity management, structured group memberships and permission management, documentation frameworks and best practices
- Strong skills in MSFT automation tools, SharePoint design and implementation, Power BI creation
- Hardware support (printer Notebooks AVs)
- Perform and execute organization’s safety programs and policies, and compliance knowledge.
- Flexibility to work non-business hours (shifts) that may include weekends and/or holidays.
- Valid license to drive standard street-legal automatic transmission vehicles within your DC’s local jurisdiction.
