This position involves providing sales and procurement-related contract services, supporting complex commercial transactions, and managing risk. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and over 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents.
Draft and negotiate contractual language to reflect business interests.
Serve as Contracts Lead for complex international and multi-Business Unit project contracts.
Act as Global Contracts Lead for Global Strategic Accounts.
Develop and communicate creative solutions and mitigation strategies.
Provide guidance during the approval process, assessing business, financial, and legal risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to close deals and provide contract-related guidance.
Conduct legal research, provide legal advice, and coordinate with outside counsel.

Requirements

Law degree
7+ years of work experience in a contracts-related role
Licensed to practice law
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Qualifications

Qualification in, or knowledge of, any other jurisdictions in scope and/or other civil/common law legal systems would be a definite advantage
Comprehensive knowledge of Contract law & principles is a plus
Excellent negotiation skills
Additional language proficiency is a plus
Korean Language Proficiency is a plus
