HCLTech is seeking a Senior SAP BusinessObjects Consultant for hybrid roles in Bengaluru or Hyderabad. The role involves L2 support, report development, and contributing to analytics transformation programs within a global 24x7 AMS environment. Requires 4-7 years of experience with SAP BO, WebI, CMC, and integration knowledge with SAP BW and SAC.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for SAP BusinessObjects reporting services, resolving incidents and defects within SLAs.
Troubleshoot report failures, publication issues, scheduling failures, and performance concerns.
Develop and modify Web Intelligence reports and support Universe enhancements.
Create and modify report scheduling, publications, and bursting mechanisms.
Support new reporting requirements, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Participate in report rationalization, optimization, and analytics transformation initiatives.
Optimize report performance, scheduling efficiency, and documentation standards.

Requirements

4-7 years of SAP BO experience.
Experience in production support and report development.
Experience delivering reporting enhancements and project-related changes.
Exposure to BW-integrated reporting environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
Relevant SAP BO certification required.
