As a Senior Business Process Consultant in Viby, Denmark, you will focus on improving Arla's procurement processes by bridging business needs with digital opportunities. You will analyze data, design solutions, and support implementation, collaborating with various teams to enhance source-to-contract and procure-to-pay operations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate business process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to define clear objectives, requirements, and opportunities.
Analyze process and performance data to identify trends, challenge existing methods, and recommend improvements.
Design process and digital solutions that support business priorities, working closely with Digital Business Consultants and relevant teams.
Maintain high-quality process documentation, define and monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with Arla's process framework.
Support change management, stakeholder training, and the successful handover of improved processes to operational teams.

Requirements

2-3 years of Procurement category knowledge.
Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.
Master’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Comfortable turning business requirements and analysis into practical recommendations.
Professional proficiency in English.

Desired Qualifications

LEAN background is an advantage.
