Responsibilities
- Lead organizational planning, rhythm of business, governance, performance management, and execution of strategic priorities.
- Design and manage complex budgets, forecasting, headcount and resource strategies, and business continuity planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders through executive communications, stakeholder management, and strategic guidance.
- Lead large-scale cross-functional projects and coordinate complex initiatives that drive business transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science).
- 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
- Equivalent experience is accepted.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in relevant roles is preferred.

Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.
- For specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
