Responsibilities
- Work with Sales to win opportunities through achieving key support objectives for assigned accounts/projects.
- Identify possible risks ahead of project deployment, execute on time, and manage projects to meet customer timelines.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting expertise in resolving customer issues and provide incremental daily updates.
- Develop/debug/validate test programs to solve customer's test problems for RF, mixed-signal and logic applications.
- Design sophisticated RF, analog and digital test interfaces.
- Draft competitive analysis based on past knowledge and experience between NI and Major semiconductor ATE platforms.
- Contribute to customer success by providing technical offerings that meet their needs.
- Be the voice of the customer to give feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters’ degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
- 5+ years of work experience in the relevant Test and Measurement Industry.
- Strong foundation in Electronics, Communications, and RF principles.
- Expertise in RFIC, Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mixed-signal IC applications for validation and production testing.
- Hands-on experience with common test engineering instruments such as SMU, VSA, VSG, VST, VNA, Power Meter, DMM, LCR, AWG, Oscilloscope.
- Experience in automated software and system development in validation and production.
- Technical knowledge of Automated Test software and hardware platforms in general.
- Experience communicating directly with customers at the operation management level.
- Willing and able to travel domestically or internationally, up to 30%.
- Project management skills and a sense of urgency in project delivery.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
