Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain investment restrictions in SimCorp Dimension and Compliance Manager.
- Perform impact analysis on limits for new products, instruments, or mandate changes.
- Support Portfolio Managers and Traders with limit-related queries.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for oversight requirements.
- Contribute to data excellence and quality controls.
- Translate new regulatory requirements into configurable restrictions.
- Identify and drive improvements to limit configuration processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the development of governance frameworks for AI-assisted investment management.
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Trading, Operations, and Technology on new instruments and data needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of NAM's limit and compliance architecture.
Requirements
- University degree in finance, economics, mathematics, data science, or similar.
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in financial markets and financial instruments.
- Practical experience working with data and databases for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with structured controls.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and decision structures.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension or similar investment management and compliance systems.
- Familiarity with investment restriction frameworks, client mandate management, or regulatory limit requirements.
- Interest in or experience with AI applications in financial services, including governance, oversight, or risk considerations related to AI-driven decision-making.
- Experience with automation or scripting (e.g., Python or SQL) for data analysis or process improvement.
- Exposure to portfolio management workflows, trading processes, or risk management frameworks.
