Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and restore to service terminal service clients, personal computers (PCs), or notebooks.
- Field incoming requests to the Service Desk via telephone and email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
- Prioritize and schedule problems, escalating them to appropriately experienced technicians when required.
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent French.
- Support for computer hardware and any authorized desktop software.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows.
