Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.
- Design and develop GenAI applications, AI agents, RAG platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Build secure LLM-powered services and agentic workflows integrating with security technologies.
- Work directly with security architects, analysts, and engineering teams to identify use cases and translate requirements.
- Evaluate, test, and implement large language models and machine learning frameworks for security challenges.
- Own the full application lifecycle including architecture, code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Present technical solutions and business outcomes to security leadership and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building production applications, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or security domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python for building AI applications, APIs, automation, and integration with security tools.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying GenAI applications, RAG systems, or AI agents in production environments.
- Working knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and workflows including SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, IAM, or cloud security platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience integrating with security technologies such as SAST/DAST tools, threat modeling platforms, CMDB systems, or security orchestration tools is a plus.
- Ability to walk into a room with security analysts and create a clear plan for an AI agent that triages noise.
- Ability to make architectural decisions that balance cutting-edge AI capabilities with practical deployment.
- Ability to push back on vague use cases and redirect toward measurable security outcomes.
- Ability to write code that is readable, maintainable, and extendable.
- Ability to stay current with AI and security research by evaluating what solves problems.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to a non-technical security leader in two minutes while maintaining technical accuracy.
