Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for SD-WAN and Wireless WLAN technologies, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis for escalated incidents, implementing effective solutions to enhance system reliability.
Update and maintain the knowledge base, and train new staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
Enhance customer experience by achieving first call resolution and minimizing re-open cases.
Identify and address potential security threats.

Requirements

Solid proficiency in SD-WAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) technologies.
In-depth understanding of network troubleshooting and incident management.
Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Familiarity with knowledge management practices and training methodologies.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing & Switching or Wireless, and ITIL Foundation Certification.
