- Provide advanced technical support for Azure IaaS and Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement solutions to resolve technical and security issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and uphold security posture.
- Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and adhere to company policies.
- Update and manage the Knowledge Base.
- Facilitate training sessions for new staff and coach analysts.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and Csat.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proficient in Azure IaaS services and Windows Server management.
- Strong understanding of Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical support environment.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and SLAs.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and customers.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but valuable).
