This role is for a Senior Administrator focused on Support and Operations, responsible for advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using Kubernetes, Ansible, and Red Hat technologies. The position requires ensuring operational excellence, maintaining security posture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support utilizing Kubernetes and Ansible for complex incidents and security issues.
Conduct root cause analyses on escalated support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Lead knowledge management initiatives by updating the knowledge base and providing training to junior analysts.
Resolve complex support tickets within defined SLAs, maintaining operational flow and a strong security posture.
Enhance customer experience by achieving high first call resolution rates and minimizing case reopens, while mitigating security threats.

Requirements

Proficient in Kubernetes and Containers for managing containerized applications.
Strong experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
In-depth understanding of Red Hat Linux and Red Hat Clustering technologies.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services and deployment methodologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Ansible Automation Certification.
