The Sr. Support Administrator will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and perform root cause analysis using Power BI, PowerShell, and Python. This role involves developing automation tools, creating dashboards, collaborating with teams to resolve tickets, and leading knowledge management initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and system performance.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support utilizing Power BI and PowerShell to analyze complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting scripts and automation tools using PowerShell to streamline incident resolution processes.
Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
Lead knowledge management initiatives by updating the knowledge base, facilitating training, and coaching analysts.
Monitor customer feedback and Csat metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Strong command of PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
Familiarity with Python for data analysis and process automation.
Solid understanding of incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
