Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents related to Linux and Red Hat Satellite, conducting thorough root cause analysis to implement effective solutions for technical and security challenges.
Manage and update the knowledge base, contributing to effective documentation and ongoing training for new team members and analysts.
Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen security posture.
Drive customer satisfaction by achieving high first call resolution rates, minimizing rejected resolutions and case reopenings, and proactively mitigating security threats.

Requirements

Good communication and attitude.
Customer facing experience.
Linux, UNIX, KVM, VMware, HPE VM Essentials, Morpheus, virtualization, storage, networking, clustering, Serviceguard, Pacemaker, LVM, SAN, NAS, automation, troubleshooting skills.
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Certification is optional but valuable.
ITIL Foundation Certification is recommended for best practices in service management.
Customer offices in Pune work location mandatory.

Desired Qualifications

Hands-on consulting role for designing, deploying, integrating, and supporting enterprise virtualized platforms in regulated environments.
Emphasis on practical technical ownership, architecture translation, platform validation, root cause analysis, and cross-domain delivery.
