Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting using Jenkins and Powershell to automate processes.
Conduct root cause analysis for complex incidents and implement effective solutions.
Manage and update the knowledge base by documenting solutions and processes.
Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional support teams.
Enhance customer experience and Csat by achieving first call resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions.

Requirements

6+ years in IT operations or application support, ideally within banking or financial services.
Advanced proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and automation.
Strong expertise in Powershell scripting for task automation and system management.
Solid understanding of Python and Ansible for process automation and configuration management.
Familiarity with incident management processes and root cause analysis techniques.

Desired Qualifications

Jenkins Certified Engineer (Optional)
Microsoft Certified: Powershell Fundamentals (Optional)
Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation (Optional)
