Senior Administrator - Hardware Asset Management

We are looking for a Hardware Asset Analyst with over 3 years of experience, specifically 2+ years using ServiceNow HAM Pro, to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets. The role involves maintaining accurate records, performing inventory reconciliations, and generating reports for compliance and efficiency. This is an offshore remote position.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain hardware asset management process in ServiceNow.
Identify opportunities to automate asset-related workflows.
Manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to end-of-life, in ServiceNow HAM Pro.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and ownership records.
Collaborate with CMBD, Discovery, and IT Operations teams to ensure alignment between asset and configuration data.
Perform asset reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support development of replacement and refresh strategies with Dept leaders
Support procurement, deployment, refresh, and retirement activities.
Monitor asset compliance, warranties, and stockroom inventory.
Generate reports, dashboards, and asset management metrics.
Collaborate with IT, procurement, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

3+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HAM Pro experience.
Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle processes.
Experience with inventory management and asset audits.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

ITIL or ServiceNow HAM certification preferred.
Experience supporting U.S.-based organizations.
Experience working in global asset management operations.
