In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the accounts payable and financial services work team at Fromex.
- Manage accounts payable USA invoicing at Fromex.
- Prepare and manage daily, monthly book reports and analysis of shipments, delays.
- Be the link between customer account collections and risks in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and problems by applying the billing processes and interacting with other departments and customer service to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoice corrections
- Supervise customer order hold postings related to credit, pricing, taxes and commissions.
- Record journal entries and perform reconciliations for intercompany receivables, commission and tax on shipments.
- Generate and reconcile monthly tax record on shipments for preparation of state tax returns on shipments.
- Perform adherence to effective controls, accounting policies, practices and procedures.
- Perform various analyses as advised by the accounting manager and comptroller.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 5 years of related experience (in accounting, accounts payable and American accounts receivable.) with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Billingual 90%
- Ability to provide leadership in a work team.
- Ability and Documentation to travel to USA.
