INSLP is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention (SLP) Specialist in Kolkata to support the "SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program." The role focuses on identifying and preventing losses through investigation of abusive entities, while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to INSLP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Implement and follow up on the Loss Prevention Plan in MDR Concessions.
- Conduct SLP audits and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform surprise checks and submit reports at Last Mile (LM) stations.
- Review processes, conduct gap analysis, and implement improvements.
- Analyze loss trends in MDR Concessions, identify defects and abusive entities, and work towards loss reduction.
- Conduct investigations in close collaboration with CS and support functions in SLP and Ops.
- Meet weekly investigation targets and submit investigation reports.
- Provide on-ground intel useful in uncovering abuse MOs.
- Conduct risk assessments and process audits for respective sites.
- Keep plans and SOPs updated and perform periodical checks of documentation.
- Adhere to SLAs defined for the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program.
- Follow up and completion of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Recommend loss prevention initiatives based on on-ground intel.
- Share Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and PTG initiatives on shrink and unmet goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of security and loss prevention experience.
